What size should I order?
The Nomad runs true to size. Measure your foot from heel to your longest toe while standing and refer to our size chart. If you're between sizes, size down for a snugger fit. The suede upper softens and moulds naturally with wear.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. The product must be unworn and in its original packaging. Contact us at hello@suedeandstitch.in to initiate a return and we'll guide you through the process.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location across India. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Why don't you offer Cash on Delivery?
Every pair of Suede & Stitch clogs is made to order in our family workshop. Unlike mass-produced footwear that sits in a warehouse waiting to be shipped, your pair is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. This means each order receives individual attention, the leather is freshly cut, and the finishing is done by hand before it leaves our workshop.
Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to offer Cash on Delivery. Prepaid orders allow us to begin crafting your pair immediately, ensuring the quality and care that every Suede & Stitch product deserves. We accept all major cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, making checkout simple, secure and instant.

Are these shoes handcrafted?
Yes. Every pair is cut, stitched and finished by hand in our family workshop. No mass production, no shortcuts.
How do I care for my suede clogs?
Brush gently with a suede brush in one direction to remove dust and restore the nap. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or rain. For stubborn marks use a suede eraser. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. With basic care your Nomad clogs will only get better with age.
Do you ship outside India?
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon. If you are outside India and interested, email us at hello@suedeandstitch.in and we will do our best to help.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your order every step of the way.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your pair arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply email us at hello@suedeandstitch.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a pickup and send a fresh pair immediately. We stand fully behind the quality of every pair that leaves our workshop.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The pair must be unworn and in its original packaging. Email us at hello@suedeandstitch.in with your order number and the size you need. We will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch your new size as soon as we receive the original pair.
