Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At Suede & Stitch every pair is handcrafted to order in our family workshop in Ranipet. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Since every pair is made to order, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your pair leaves our workshop.

Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges. We ship via reputed courier partners and delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-access pin codes may take slightly longer.

Total Delivery Time

Please allow a total of 7 to 11 business days from the date of order to delivery. This accounts for our made-to-order processing time and courier transit time. We recommend not placing an order if you need the pair urgently.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to follow your order at every step. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering please email us at hello@suedeandstitch.in.

Cash on Delivery

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid. This is because every pair is made to order and production begins immediately after payment is confirmed. Prepaid orders ensure your pair receives our full attention from the moment your order is placed.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order. Suede & Stitch will not be responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please email us at hello@suedeandstitch.in within 2 hours of placing your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail the package will be returned to us. In such cases re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide an address where delivery can be completed.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged please photograph the outer packaging before opening and email us at hello@suedeandstitch.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement if the product inside is damaged.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon. If you are outside India and interested please email us at hello@suedeandstitch.in.
